you are your business. If someone emails you asking for a response or you agree to do something that they are waiting on, do it promptly! It reflects on your business. If you can’t do it straight away, inform them and let them know when to expect an answer and set yourself a reminder.
Saying nothing can only be translated as you do not care to do business with them.
If you order something and it takes forever to come, do you not call the company to complain or write a bad review? Don’t be a detriment to your own reputation, once you have a bad one, you have a bad one.
Talent can get you only so far.
